'Poker Face' by Lady Gaga is featured on Just Dance Golden, Just Dance: JDLOVER12 2, Just Dance Planet and Just Dance 2019. Released in May 2008, the video was directed by music video director Melina Matsoukas, and is based on the thematic content of the song of being in a party. The video begins with Gaga arriving with her background dancers at a house party, which seems to have ended. The Fame is the debut studio album by Lady Gaga, released on August 19th, 2008. The first two singles released, “ Just Dance ” and “ Poker Face ” were highly acclaimed as international successes. Musically, the album combines electropop, synth-pop, and dance-pop, while drawing influences from 1980s music. Songs like 'Poker Face', 'Just Dance' and 'LoveGame' are uptempo dance songs, with 'Poker Face' carrying a dark sound with clear vocals on the chorus and a pop hook. 'Just Dance' is synth-based while 'LoveGame' has a more dance-oriented beat, and 'Money Honey' has a moderate techno.

Originating in the late nineteenth century, the term was transferred to other areas in which individuals tried hard not to betray their thoughts. C. E. Mulford used it in his western novel, Rustler’s Valley (1924): “He glanced around the circle and found poker faces.”
